Pray for our ministry in Ethiopia:
Please pray for our new school we started in Meki, Ethiopia.  It has been a real challenge to get this school up and running with the needed staff, school supplies and uniforms needed. We have right now 53 students. (See pictures and short video of them singing on my last visit in February at url??). We are praying right now for the library we hope to start in this school. No libraries exist at all in this town of around 60,000 people.  Pray with us that God will provide the funds to cover our start up costs for this school and the cost for this library. And pray for Melaku Abebe, our Field Director, who oversees various ministries in this country of Ethiopia.

Pray for Nicaragua:
Francisco Caldera, our Field Director in this country, continues to oversee a wide assortment of ministries for us. Pray for the water well ministry, the 4 feeding centers we help to support for around 700 orphans and needy kids, the construction work of our new office/training center and the management and arrangements of hosting various mission trips for ministry and our Pastors Conferences.
Also, pray for Robert and Ann Messier, who are scheduling trips for people to visit and minister on mission trips for this summer.
And pray for Gary Jones, our International Training Director, as he sets up Pastors Conferences in this country and other countries.
And for Bruce McIntosh, our member Care Director, who is planning a Couples conference this April.

Pray for Liberia:
Isaac Zoedah, our Field Director in Liberia continues to oversee our water well ministry in this country and the care of around 50 orphans and needy kids.  He is also overseeing the construction of our office/training center and the strategic plan to start a school in this war torn country.  Please keep all this in your prayers.

Pray for Kenya:
Ken Gatithi heads up our work in Kenya which consists of caring for 50+ blind and visually impaired kids and our water well ministry. We are also moving into some new areas with a more holistic approach as we minister to various villages and communities.  This involves research at this time into fish farming and income generating projects to help communities get on their feet and off of financial assistance from others.

February 2 – Pray for Dean as he ministers in Ethiopia to our new primary school we have started in Meki. We have around 60 students now.

February 5 – Pray for Dean as he heads back from Ethiopia and for the follow up for people we hope to reach through our various ministries in this country, especially the orphans and needy kids at our new school.

February 6 – Pray for Isaac Zoedah, our Field Director in Liberia. He recovered from his malaria and whip worm so we thank God for that. Please pray for the work of finishing up our office/training center which he is supervising, the orphans and needy kids he helps care for and the needed wells as we move forward in this country.
(See his brochure here  )

February 7 – Pray for the needed pick- up truck we need in Liberia.  This will dramatically cut down on the cost of our wells.  If you have one you would like to donate to such a cause, we can ship it from here.  Just let us know.

February 8 – Pray for the follow up on the many who heard the gospel on Dean’s last trip to Liberia. We had the opportunity to preach the gospel to around 980 students in three schools and had a very strong response with more than half trusting in Christ alone for their salvation.

February 9 – Pray for our whole team in Liberia: Isaac Zoedah (Field Director); Moses Teah (Assistant); Cynthia Barpoe (Bookkeeper).

February 10 – Pray for Francisco Caldera, our Field Director in Nicaragua. He is overseeing the construction of our office/training center at Laguna de Apoya, care and feeding of orphans and needy kids at 4 feeding centers, lining up teams to come to Nicaragua and research and oversight of water wells and our livestock.   (See his page here )

February 11 Pray for the rest of the team in Nicaragua: Alba and Grace who take care of the financial books.

February 14- Pray for boldness as Dean speaks and shares his testimony on the radio.

February 15 – Pray for Dean as he speaks to a men’s group with Michael Bannon, the Pastor of CrossRoads Community Church.

February 16 – Pray for more laborers on our team and that we would make sure we get the right persons on the bus.

February 17 – Pray for Dean as he preaches at CrossRoads Community Church and that the hearts of the people would be receptive to the message.

February 18 – Pray for Dean as he returns from Naples area and that he would have a chance to share the Gospel on theway back home.

February 19 – Pray for Bruce McIntosh, our Member Care Director, as he looks for couples who might go with him on a mission trip to hold a 3 or 4 day retreat for married couples.   (See his page here )

February 20 – Pray for more opportunities for each one of us to share our testimony and the goodness of God as a small light in the world.

February 21 – Pray that each of us would be very clear when sharing the gospel of God’s grace and use terminology that is clearly understandable to the unbeliever.

February 22 – Dean leaves for Tampa/Largo area.  Pray for his safety and stamina with his heavy travel schedule.

February 23 – There will be a Chili Cook Off this night and I will be giving a brief overview of our ministry. Please pray for a good turn out and positive response.

February 24 – Dean will be preaching and presenting the work of CrossWay International to a new church.  Pray that all goes well.

December 4 – Pray for Dean and Tom as they head back to the USA.  Pray for opportunities to share the gospel on their way home.

December 6 – Pray for the village of Masewani, Kenya.  Dean visited there last November 7 and was warmly greeted for the water well we had provided.  Please pray for the approximately 125 of the villagers who understood for the first time that salvation was by grace alone and trusted only in Christ for eternal life. (See the video of Dean dancing with the villagers:here)

December 7 – Remember our brothers and sisters in the military and for their opportunities to share the gospel overseas.

December 18 – Pray for Spencer and Daniel, two students at the Moffat Bible College in Kenya whom we are supporting and how they might be involved in our ministry when they graduate.

December 19 – Pray for Melaku Abebe and his sweet wife Sosi as they serve tirelessly in Ethiopia.  Melaku is a faith missionary and our Field Director for this country and oversees a variety of ministries for us.  (See his page: here )

December 20 – Pray for the Way Primary School in Meki, Ethiopia where we now have 45 children who would not have a school to attend without your prayers and support.  We still have a ways to go in renovating the property and covering operating costs.  Gary Jones led 25 of these kids to the Lord last month and also one teacher.

December 21 – Pray for Melaku’s other ministries in Ethiopia as he heads up the English School in Addis, leads several house churches and cares for various orphans and needy kids.

December 23 – Pray for Ken and Winnie Gatithi, who are Kenyans and oversee our water well ministry in this country.  Ken is our Field Director and Winnie helps with the office work.  They host teams and are key personnel in Kenya.  Pray for them and their two small children too:  Tyrus and Faith.  (See his page: here)
