February 2021 Prayer Update: How to Pray for CrossWay International
Widows Sewing Training Ministry in Kenya Our widows in Kenya have carefully begun to resume their sewing training. They are excited to start again, building their skills and knowledge and experience. We are hopeful that this will provide a means of stable income in time.
Thank you for your donations that help make this possible. And Praise God for allowing this ministry to start again.
Please pray for their health and safety, nimble fingers and clear minds for learning!
Classes Begin Again in Masaya, Nicaragua Classes have resumed at the Masya campus of CrossWay TecNica, our trade school in Nicaragua. Most public schools do not have any computers or internet access or teachers who know how to use them. Our English and Computer classes are giving these young men and women an opportunity to be more educated and productive, able to better provide for themselves and their families in the long run. In addition, of course, we are able to share a clear presentation of the gospel of grace and disciple them.
Please pray for continued health, safety and learning - as well as MORE students to share the good news with!
Church Leader's Conference in Sagana, Kenya As the restriction on travel begin to lift, we are able to carefully begin to gather our church leaders again. We have begun to have training conferences once more. This month the number of attendees was 10 plus our teachers Jacob, John and Moses.
These were the topics we covered: 1.Assurance of salvation john 10:27-30 2.What is the gospel and its effect, Col 1:1-6 If God provides we may hold another seminar mid February."
Pray that the clear message of God's Grace would spread swiftly!
Future Projects in Kenya and Nicaragua Most of us take our effortless access to safe, clean water for granted. Millions around the world do not live such luxurious lives. Many spend hours and hours each day fetching water that we wouldn't let our pets drink.
Our field directors are prayerfully considering where the greatest physical needs are, and where the most spiritual openness is. We would love the opportunity to freely offer people both safe and clean physical water for their bodies, as well as the "Living Water" of eternal life, through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Please pray for wisdom for how to most effectively use the funds the Lord provides, as well as the most effective way to present the gospel of grace.
Please pray for God's provision for us to be able to do these life-saving projects. Perhaps even pray if God might want YOU to be a part! Kenya
