CrossWay International believes that one of the most effective ways to share the good news of Christ is to promote income-generating projects.  The current projects include:

Guyana Internet Café
Unlike America, very few in Guyana have access to personal internet service.  Many foreign internet cafes are inappropriate for Christians and children to visit.  “The Way Café” offers internet access in a Christian environment.  CrossWay has helped with financial support and computers donated by churches and individuals.  The income from this project is used to support evangelistic efforts in Guyana.

Christian Resource Center in Guyana
CrossWay is presently collecting Christian materials (Bibles, books, T-shirts, CDs, etc) which are typically not available in Guyana.  These materials are sold for the purpose of supporting evangelism.

Ethiopian Language School for Evangelism
Melaku Abebe oversees this English School in the capital of Addis Ababa.  It was established in 2005 and is already self-supporting.  Many have come to Christ through this school, and five house churches have also been planted as a result.

“The Way” Delivery Service in Ethiopia

This is a mail courier service in the capitol of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.  We purchased a motorcycle and have trained two individuals to set up a company for delivering mail throughout the city.

Thank you for your interest in the CrossWay Orphans.  These orphans live in Sudan near the region of Darfur. Two thirds of the orphans lost their parents through the ongoing violence and persecution in Darfur. One third are the abandoned offspring from women taken as slaves from Southern Sudan.
