CrossWay International has been asked to drill a water well, help care for children in poverty who scrounge for food and items in a garbage dump and set up a Medical Clinic in Susuma, just outside of Matagalpa, as a means of gaining a greater hearing for the gospel.

Dean and Robert have made one mission trip to this area in August of 2009 and were invited back by many, not only in the Matagalpa region, but also Managua and the university there. We see an openness that is very promising.

On this mission trip of August of 2009, we shared the gospel in Managua in a graphic design class of mostly unbelievers and were pleased to see 8 of the 28 students respond by faith in Christ for their salvation. Rafael Rivas, our contact and coworker is lining up another mission trip for this coming spring of 2010.
