Our Overseas Coworkers

Melaku Abebe heads up CrossWay International in Ethiopia. He is involved in planting churches, and he also heads up the School of English for the purpose of evangelism (one of our income-generating projects). Melaku has lined up several mission trips for Dean to come and teach the Make It Clear! seminar, and we have seen much fruit from this effort. Fernando Diaz was one of our first coworkers with CrossWay International. He is leading a church plant in the Madrid, Spain area and developing a home church in his own village about 50 minutes outside of Madrid. In addition to this, he heads up the “Encounter” radio station, which reaches 6 million inhabitants in Madrid with the gospel, and he also travels to teach the Make It Clear! seminar throughout Spain.
Isaac Nyanyen Zoedah is an ordained minster of the United Liberia Inland Church. He is married to Rachel with three children, Moses, Dorcas, and Nyan. He is a graduate of the Liberia Christian College and has worked as youth leader, Sunday school leader, and pastor. He has known and worked with Dean since 2011 and helped to organize CrossWay International conferences in Monrovia, Liberia in April 2011.  Isaac Zoedah’s brochure
  Ken has served with us since 2007 and distinguished himself by a very high degree of integrity. Since that time, he has served as a Director on our Board of Directors in Kenya. He oversees the finances of our water well drilling ministry as well as the needs for the orphans and blind kids in Kenya. He is married to Winnie and has 2 young children, Tyrese Gatithi (4years) and Faith Nicole (11months), and provides lodging and food for us at his home/office.  Click here to view Ken’s brochure.
Francisco Caldera came on board this past year and was appointed our Nicaragua Field Director.  His work involves such things as setting up pastors’ conferences, arranging mission teams, holding evangelistic events, and helping us drill water wells for the needy.Click here for Francisco’s latest prayer letter.  Click here for Francisco’s Brochure.
    Roger Ali and Carolina’s main responsibility will be to help coordinate and oversee the various ministries for CrossWay International.  Our initial focus will be in Nicaragua, with the hope to expand to the rest of Central/South America. He works with Francisco Caldera and Lorenzo Alfaro in Nicaragua helping CrossWay with spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.  He and Carolina have a son, Roger Josias (3).  Click here to view his brochure and ministry needs.
  Lorenzo Alfaro will be heading up our efforts to reach the youth in Nicaragua. He has already demonstrated his passion and his capability for this ministry. He is presently using and teaching the teenagers how to share the clear presentation of the gospel of God’s grace, which is the core value of CrossWay International.  Click here to view Lorenzo’s brochure.
