Joan Chollar is the Office Manager. She keeps the office going while Dean is traveling and facilitates the ministry. When she is not working for the ministry, she likes to spend time with her children and their spouses and their 13 grandchildren. (Joan’s Bio) |

Rita Chapman is Bookkeeper for Accounts Payable. She has recently joined CrossWay International part-time. She lives locally in Boerne and has lots of experience with bookkeeping through Quickbooks. She is a great help in keeping the financial part of the ministry in order. |

Robert Messier is a vital member of our team as the General Manager and is also a missionary to Nicaragua with his wife, Ann. He grew up in Boerne, served for 20 years in the US Navy, and came home with his wife and sons. Robert’s leadership abilities have become a great asset to CrossWay International. Sherry Zule is the CrossWay Coffee Ministry Project Manager. She lives with her husband, son, and daughter in San Antonio, TX. She’s a great cook, loves to drink coffee, and is an amazing organizer. She is a wonderful asset to the ministry! |

Danielle Wareis our new Administrative Assistant. If you call the office during normal business hours, you are quite likely to be greeted by her lovely, helpful voice. Danielle is married to Jason (17 yrs) , and has a daughter Maddison and last but not least, she enjoys coffee very much. |

Brian Bond is our Computer Consultant/Technician. He graciously fixes our computer glitches whenever we have a problem and is a great help and blessing to our ministry! |

Jason Chollar, the oldest Chollar son, is our Computer/Website Consultant. He lives in Stanwood, Washington, with his wife Danica, and his children Cameron, Madison, and Aaron. He is Assistant Pastor at Cedarhome Baptist Church. |

Dr. Katie Buck is our Medical Consultant. She has accompanied Dean on several trips to Africa to provide medical care to the sick and disease-ridden in these countries. She is helping Dean to set up permanent medical clinics in these areas to provide more consistent medical treatment to the people. |

Merle Admire is a Master Electrician, and he is also a Regional Director for CrossWay’s Water Drilling Ministry. He has traveled several times to Nicaragua to oversee the drilling of water wells, and most recently, he took a church team to help with the work there. Merle’s Brochure. Bruce McIntosh has recently come on board as our Member Care Director, and his addition to our staff is a real blessing. He provides training in Biblical Counseling and counseling for the missionaries and staff at CrossWay International. Bruce and his wife, Debbie, live in York, PA, have been married for 35 years, and have 3 grown daughters and a 10 year old son. Here is his brochure and latest prayer letter |

Gary Jones worked as an Electrical Engineer for 19 years before he was called to prepare for pastoral ministry at Dallas Theological Seminary. Since then Gary has pastored churches in Texas, South Dakota, and Idaho. Now Gary has joined CrossWay International as a Missionary and the Regional Director of Training.
