Joan Chollar is the Office Manager. She keeps the office going while Dean is traveling, and in this way facilitates the ministry. When she is not working for the ministry she likes to spend time with her children and their spouses and the grandchildren (9.5). (Joan’s Bio) —————————— |

Anna Ochoa is Dean’s Executive Assistant. She functions as Dean’s “eyes” in many ways and keeps him organized. She is a great blessing! —————————— |

Rita Chapman is Bookkeeper for Accounts Payable. She has recently joined CrossWay International part-time. She lives locally in Boerne, and has lots of experience with bookkeeping through Quickbooks, helping to keep the financial part of the ministry in order. —————————— |

Robert Messier is a vital member of our team the General Manager and growing into a missionary role. He grew up in Boerne, served for 20 years in the US Navy and came home with his wife and sons. Robert’s leadership abilities have become a great asset to Crossway International. |

Sherry Zule is the CrossWay Coffee Ministry Project Manager. She lives with her husband, son and daughter in San Antonio, TX. She’s a great cook, loves to drink coffee and is an amazing organizer. She is a wonderful asset to the ministry |

Sue Rushing, with the help of her husband Jim, is our Accounts Receivable Accountant in Arlington, Texas. They have been faithful since the beginning of CrossWay International in 1997 in processing the donations which are sent to the post office box in Arlington. —————————— |

Brian Bond is our Computer Consultant/Technician. He runs a computer repair business in our home town, Bond Computers, and graciously fixes our computer glitches whenever we have a problem! He is a great help and blessing to our ministry. —————————— |

Jason Chollar, the oldest Chollar son, is our Computer/Website Consultant. He lives in Stanwood, Washington, with his wife Danica, and his children Cameron, Madison, and Aaron. He is Assistant Pastor at Cedarhome Baptist Church. —————————— |

Dr. Katie Buck is our Medical Consultant. She has accompanied Dean on several trips to Africa to provide medical care to the sick and disease-ridden in these countries. She is helping Dean to set up permanent medical clinics in these areas to provide more consistent medical treatment to the people. —————————— |

Bob Nicol is our Engineer. He has over 32 years of general and specialized engineering experience, and he oversaw the drilling of our 3 water wells in Sudan. —————————— |
| Steve Buchanan is our Construction Consultant. He went to Ethiopia with Dean to evaluate and begin the planning of a medical clinic in Meki. He is the owner of a construction company in Boerne, TX, with wide construction experience. —————————— |

Susan Buchanan is also a member or our Medical Consultant team. She has many years as a R.N. and ministered with Dr. Katie Buck in Meki, Ethiopia.—————————— |
| Sandy Watts is our Agricultural Import/Export Consultant. He has had 30 years of experience in this field and is helping us to start CrossWay Coffee. CrossWay Coffee will help fund ministries and support orphans in Africa.—————————— | |
