Rita Chapman is Bookkeeper for Accounts Payable. She has recently joined CrossWay International part-time. She lives locally in Boerne and has lots of experience with bookkeeping through Quickbooks. She is a great help in keeping the financial part of the ministry in order. |

Robert Messier is a vital member of our team as the General Manager and is also a missionary to Nicaragua with his wife, Ann. Merle Admire is a Master Electrician, and he is also Manager of CrossWay’s Water Drilling Ministry. He has traveled several times to Nicaragua to oversee the drilling of water wells, and most recently, he took a church team to help with the work there. Merle’s Brochure. Bruce McIntosh has recently come on board as our Member Care Director, and his addition to our staff is a real blessing. He provides training in Biblical Counseling and counseling for the missionaries and staff at CrossWay International. Gary Jones worked as an Electrical Engineer for 19 years before he was called to prepare for pastoral ministry at Dallas Theological Seminary. Since then Gary has pastored churches in Texas, South Dakota, and Idaho. Now Gary has joined CrossWay International as a Missionary and the International Training Director.
