Dear Prayer Partner, would you pray for God to provide funds for a concrete foundation for the tank in the Hilltop Community?
We were able to purchase the large 2600+ gallon water tank shown here, and have it delivered close to where it will be installed. We are now needing funding for a concrete pad for the water tank to sit on. It is very important to have a good, solid concrete foundation that is very level and will remain level, otherwise the water tank will crack! We are needing $2,970 in order to:
- purchase the concrete supplies,
- have them delivered all the way to the top of the hill,
- have a skilled builder oversee the volunteer team as they pour the concrete pad.

Progress so far includes:
- The engineering survey is complete and submitted to the local authorities.
- The solar panels have been purchased and have arrived and are being assembled, as shown in the picture below.
- The water pump has been ordered and should be delivered any day now.
- The water tank is onsite and ready to be placed as soon as the concrete platform is built. (see picture above)
The Lord has provided every step of the way. Just in the last year, we have received over $15,000 in generous donations from many of YOU, through CrossWay International, which have brought this project so far along. We are also partnering with another non profit called “Good Neighbors” who will be providing over $13,000 worth of piping. Once we have the main water system pieces in place, the community will have physical pipes they would bury close to each home to bring the water back down the hill. Please pray that the Lord would continue to bless and lead us, one step at a time!
We are hoping to find just under $3,000 in funding in the next couple of weeks in order to build a concrete pad for the water tank. Would you pray with us that the Lord would provide?

Spiritual Impact: Evangelism and Discipleship
As we continue this water project, it gives us lots of opportunities to share the gospel and build a relational connection.
- Our aim is to visit each home in the community that is getting access to this clean water, to make sure we share Christ with every single person in the community!
- Meanwhile, our team has ALSO been doing music and soccer ministry, which are great avenues for both evangelism and discipleship in the community.
- And finally, Pedro, our assistant field director and one of the key leaders in his community, is pursuing pastoral training.
Would you pray that Lord goes before us, and gives us wisdom to know how to best explain the gospel and give spiritual care to each family?
