Our Team

As of January 1, 2023, Jason Chollar is the CEO of CrossWay International.  He and his wife Melissa live in Edmond, Oklahoma and are members of a local church near them.  Jason wears a lot of hats and is currently doing most of the international traveling. You can reach him at jason@gocrossway.org

Dean R. Chollar, Jr. is the founder of CrossWay International and serves as “Pastor at Large”.  After many years of being CEO and traveling the world (over 50 countries) to develop and oversee ministries, he has officially handed the leadership baton to his son, Jason.  He serves in an advisory role and is devoted to prayer and the word (Acts 6:4), praying for people and developing devotional materials as he meditates on scripture.

Joan Chollar is the Office Manager, overseeing the administrative backend.  When she is not working for the ministry, she likes to spend time with her children and their spouses and their 13 grandchildren.

Melissa McCall is our bookkeeper, handling the mail sent to the PO Box in Boerne and processing donations.  She and her family live in San Antonio.

Kevin Aguilar is our Field Director for all of our operations in Nicaragua.

Moses Gatura is our Field Director for all of our operations in Kenya.
