Sagana Widows and Chickens
There are currently 53 widows who live in the area right near our HQ and the Grace Children’s Home. They have asked if we might be able to provide them with a few chickens each.
The chickens don’t have to be fed, the widows simple let them wander around near their house every day and they find their own food. During most of the year, each chicken will provide an egg a day.
Our goal was to provide each widow with 3 egg laying chickens. During Jason’s December 2019 trip, we were able to give them to the widows. Praise God! Check out our picture album here of that particular event:
