Prayer Calendar for CrossWay International and Team

I’m writing this during our Thanksgiving week. We are very thankful to the Lord for all your prayers and support and what He has done in and through us all in our partnership together. In view of that, I sprinkled in some praise items in this Prayer Calendar.
First Week of December
- Praise for the thousands who came to faith in Christ this past year. The Lord has done some remarkable things! On just one trip to Kenya last year, Ken, our Field Director, lined up 8 events for Dean to preach at in Kenya with a bumper harvest of more than 900 coming to faith in Christ on that one 8 day mission trip.
- Pray for Jason Chollar, our newest missionary, who leaves for Nicaragua on Dec. 7 to minister, preach and line up details for future teams to come. Pray for his support needs as a faith missionary and a special praise for reaching the 40 percent mark on his needed monthly support after only 2 months.
- Pray for Allen Mann, who has decided to take his position as Worship Pastor again full-time at his home church in Arizona. We will miss him and Sheree and wish them the Lord’s blessings.
Second Week of December
- Praise for the more than 130,000 people in our active countries (Kenya, Nicaragua, Liberia and Ethiopia) who now have safe, clean drinking water and for the doors this ministry has opened to share the Gospel.
- Pray for Gary Jones, who is taking a team to Nicaragua on January 5 to 11. He will be involved in teaching a Pastors’ Conference along with our other missionary, Bruce McIntosh.
Third Week of December
- Pray for Francisco Caldera, who is our Field Director in Nicaragua. He continues to work hard and line up projects and mission trips.
- A special praise and thanks for the needed support for Francisco and Jasmina’s health needs. Jasmina was diagnosed with first stage cancer and we have the funds to cover the treatment for the coming months right now.
- Praise for the Lord’s work through Ken, our Field Director in Kenya. He continues to work hard with various schools and orphanages. And pray for the 5 communities he has identified that need clean, safe drinking water. Pray that the Lord will provide these funds.
Fourth Week of December
- Praise for the 170+ orphans and needy kids at our school in Meki, Ethiopia. Melaku Abebe, our Field Director, says we will push to around 200 kids this year. Pray for their needed support.
- And a special praise for Isaac Zoedah, our Field Director in Liberia. We now have 174 orphans and needy kids at our school in Ben Town. The economy remains a disaster after their Ebola crisis.
- Pray for the support for milk goats for widows in Kenya. $95 will buy a goat that produces 1 liter of milk per day or a goat for $150 can produce 4 liters a day.
